| This RCA 5814A tube has a triple mica, "D" getter, copper grid posts, and grey-plate construction that was possibly made in 1960. However they appear to be the identical construction as early 1950's JG-5814 tubes from GE. We're guessing RCA acquired these from GE sometime in the late '50's and then rebranded them as RCA tubes.
