Ampohm Metallized Polypropylene CapacitorsAMPOHM Audio Capacitors are specially designed for high performance audio systems. These capacitors are ideal for use in tube amplifiers and loudspeaker crossover networks where pure sound is at a premium. AMPOHM metallized polypropylene capacitors are hand wound. Their insulated tinned copper leads are hand soldered before the capacitor is assembled in a flame retardant plastic case and hermetically sealed with resin. This construction results in the capacitors having low ESR, low inductance, and possessing high stability with respect to both temperature and frequency. All metallized polypropylene capacitors are self-healing. All AMPOHM Audio Capacitors are individually hand tested.
