All our tubes are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
- contact us and get a return authorization
- return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it,
and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube.
Returns not related to warranty or defect will be considered at our discretion and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We can't accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 90 days, or are returned improperly.

All prices are in U.S. funds. All orders will be converted to CAD at current Canadian bank rates and charged GST or HST where applicable.

Some of our tubes (common audio power tubes) are priced as matched pairs only. This means that when your order quantity says "1", you are actually buying two tubes. If you order two or more pairs, we ship matched quartets. Tubes that are sold as matched pairs are clearly identified. All other tubes can be purchased one at a time. If you would like to purchase a single power tube, just mention this in the Comments of your order.

The minimum order is $10, however, orders less than 20 dollars before shipping is added have an additional $2.50 handling charge.

Payments can be made using American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa.
We can also accept pre-paid orders by money order if you prefer. In this case we do require that you call us with your order before sending payment so that we can reserve stock and issue you an order number.

We ship orders within one business day. Orders received after 3:00pm EST are shipped the following business day.
Any possible exceptions will be noted in the "Availability" section of a tube's description. You will receive email from us if there is a delay, and you will receive an email when your order ships.

All our shipping is flat rate in North America regardless of order size with a few exceptions. Exceptions include large or heavy products which may incur an additional surcharge. The surcharge will be included with the total shipping cost shown on the checkout page.

The courier we use is UPS.

All UPS shipments are fully insured, traceable and guaranteed to arrive in the specified time.Exceptions to this are adverse weather delays or customs / security issues. Refunds are not issued for these delays. These are rare events and will be indicated in the UPS tracking information.

For Canadians: We will choose the most economical courier (based on your service choice) to your location, either UPS or Canada Post. You can use your order comments to specify a carrier if you wish.

International: Once we receive your order, we will email you with your shipping options and costs. At that time you can choose what shipping method you prefer or you can cancel the order. We do not process your credit card for your order until it is ready to ship. We will attempt to email you twice; if no response is received we will attempt to ship using the best method for order size and value.
