  
 The "YJCD" model of Yellow Jacket reduces the amplifier's power by 50% to 70%. They can be used to replace 6V6, EL34, 6L6 and 6550 tube types in cathode biased class A or AB amps without modification or rebiasing. In amps with four power tubes, you can replace two of the tubes with Yellow Jackets for a partial power reduction. The EL84 tubes are included.
Using this style of Yellow Jacket will allow you to attain sweet, overdriven tube sounds while keeping the volume at a neighbor-friendly level. Total height of socket and tube is 5 3/8" or 14cm.
