YJUNI Yellow Jacket - Power Reducing Single for UnivalveYellow Jackets plug into the power tube socket of your amp and replace the power tube you are using with an EL84. This model is for use in the THD Univalve and BiValve amplifiers only. The "YJUNI" model of Yellow Jacket also reduces the amplifier's output power to 4 watts (in UniValve). They can be used to replace 6V6, EL34, 6L6 and 6550 tube types without modification or rebiasing. An EL84 tube is included. Using this style of Yellow Jacket will allow you to attain sweet, overdriven tube sounds while keeping the volume at a neighbor-friendly level. Note: If you do not use the UniValve cage/cover we do have a YJUNI that will work for you. It is taller than what's pictured and will not allow the cage to be used on the amp.
